Join John De George, Certified Consulting Hypnotist, for a seminar about hypnosis. He will discuss the history of hypnosis, the four parts of consciousness and how they work, and talk about the facts and myths of hypnosis. Preference given to UFSD #22 residents.

This program will include up-to-date information on treatments for arthritis pain and discuss strategies for positive and productive communication about arthritis pain with your healthcare provider. Preference given to UFSD #22 residents.

Penn Hongthong will demonstrate how to make simple, healthy, and tasty Chinese cooking for the Chinese New Year including chicken noodle soup, chicken with bean spourts, and vegetables delight. There will be a tasting after, please bring your own drink. Preference given to UFSD #22 residents.

Bud Livingston visits with the world's most famous fictional detective and his "Boswell", Dr. John H. Watson. He'll discuss Holmes' unique abilities and his dangerous enemies, including of course, Professor Moriarty. Preference given to UFSD #22 residents.
   
  The Goodness of Grains
Wednesday, March 11 at 7:00pm

Master Chef and Food Writer Evelyn Banker will show you how grains can be used in a variety of ways. She’ll prepare a tasty farina salad and spiced tea, which you'll get to sample. She'll also explain the nutritional benefits and answer your questions. Preference given to UFSD #22 residents.
